As a CEO / Founder / business leader, being in charge of the strategy is probably the main responsibility of the job description.
Strategy aims to paint a picture of the future and then figuring out what to do to get there.
For that purpose, in order to win in the environment they chose, companies have to be ready to be different, to explore new paths with a fair assessment and acceptance of the potential risks of failures.
